Can I order a small quantity? What is the minimum order?

Yes, we support small trial orders. Our MOQ is 30 pairs, and mix styles are allowed.

Can I mix styles and sizes?

Yes, mix styles and sizes are allowed. Sizes 35–43 are available, and you can freely combine styles and sizes in one order.

Are the prices on the website wholesale or retail?

The prices shown on the website are Malaysia wholesale prices. Shipping costs and taxes are not included. Better discounts are available for larger orders.

How is the quality? Will the shoes break easily?

We are a women’s shoe factory with over 35 years of experience. Our shoes are handmade with durable soles and soft uppers. You can place a trial order first before making repeat orders.

Do you have stock? How long does it take to ship?

Most styles are in stock, while some styles may require production. Orders are usually shipped within 5–10 days after payment.

What shipping methods do you use to Malaysia? How long does delivery take?

We offer both air shipping and sea shipping to Malaysia. Air shipping usually takes 5–10 days, while sea shipping takes around 12–20 days. We handle export customs and can assist with Malaysia customs clearance.

How is shipping cost calculated? Who pays the import tax?

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight or carton quantity. We will provide an exact shipping quote after the order is confirmed. Malaysia import tax and customs charges are paid by the buyer.

Can you send photos, videos, or product details?

Yes, we can provide real product photos, wearing photos, sole details, and videos. We can send them directly via WhatsApp.

Can you do OEM with my own brand?

Yes, OEM service is available, even for small orders. Larger quantities will enjoy better pricing.

Do you have a catalog or product list?

Yes, we can provide the latest catalog in PDF or image format, including styles, sizes, and wholesale prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, T/T, Western Union, XTransfer, and PayPal for small payments.

Can I get one pair as a sample first?

Yes, samples are available. The sample fee can be deducted or refunded when you place a bulk order later.

What about after-sales service? Can you replace products with quality issues?

If there is a quality issue within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will resend the product. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by after-sales service.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are an original women’s shoe factory from China. We focus on the Malaysia market with stable pricing and fast style updates.

Can we cooperate long-term? Do you offer stable supply?

Yes, we support long-term cooperation and stable supply. We can prepare stock in advance for peak seasons to help avoid shortages.
